Mark got tired of the constant hustle and bustle and the hectic rhythm of the city centre, which felt increasingly congested with traffic and people. He decided to leave the affluent neighbourhood where he grew up.

His first stop was a small village in the middle of nowhere. At first, he enjoyed the silence and the breathtaking views of the hills. A few months later, he realised that the village had very few amenities. There were no supermarkets, gyms, and shopping centres. What’s more, he lacked a stable internet connection. Despite the low cost of living in the village, Mark felt isolated.

Finally, he moved to a medium-sized town. There were good amenities, and it was less crowded than the big city. He managed to find a perfect lifestyle for him. Mark also found a job with a decent salary. He made friends with some of his colleagues, and they started hanging out regularly. A few weeks later, Mark took part in one volunteering event which aimed to organise a local community festival. Even though the preparation was a bit hectic, he loved every moment of it. He realised that hustle and bustle could be enjoyable when it came from meaningful activities, not from traffic jams and overcrowded streets.
