Конструкция No sooner… than имеет значение «не успел(о)… как». Также используется инверсия: No sooner had + подлежащее + V3 + than + Past Simple.

Конструкция Only if… означает «только если». Если конструкция стоит в начале предложения, в главной части используется инверсия: Only if + условие + вспомогательный глагол + подлежащее + смысловой глагол.

Lisa decided to start a blog about learning foreign languages. At first, nobody watched her videos. Then she learnt how to stream live lessons. During live streams, she told her viewers about different techniques and lifehacks related to learning languages. Her viewers loved them very much.

One day, a popular tabloid wrote a short article about the most useful educational blogs of the year and mentioned Lisa. Her videos went viral. A TV channel asked her to give a short lesson on morning television. After that, a language school made a funny commercial with Lisa. Lisa used the money to buy better equipment. She added dubbed audio in three languages to her old videos. Finally, she asked everyone to subscribe to her blog. Now the mass media call her a queen of calm learning.
