When Alex started high school, he often felt lost. Peer pressure from his classmates was strong, and some of them even started bullying him because he was very quiet. His self-esteem dropped quickly, and his academic performance began to suffer.

His parents immediately spoke to his teacher. At first, Alex was afraid, but it turned out that the teacher was very kind and supportive. With her help, the bullies were punished, and the situation slowly turned into a positive experience.

Later, he managed to reconcile with some of the bullies who apologised. His grades were becoming better and better because there wasn’t any stress in his life anymore.

Now Alex knows that every problem can be solved. Healthy mind and support make everything better.
