Good day! My name is Alice. Every morning I wear my school uniform: a white shirt, a grey blazer, a blue tie, and black smart shoes. At the school gates, our head teacher Mr Wilson checks that everyone follows the dress code. If you don’t, you can get detention. Then we have a school assembly in the hall before lessons start.
My first lesson today is French — it’s my favourite subject because I want to visit Paris one day. We work in pairs and practise dialogues. Next is Geography. We study South America: the Amazon rainforest and the Andes mountains. The third lesson is Biology. We take notes about the human body and learn how the lungs work. After the break, it’s double Science: first Chemistry, where we mix liquids and watch colours change, then Physics, where we learn about forces.
Wednesday is a busy but great day!
