Teenagers need plenty of sleep, but sometimes it’s hard to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. Here are some tips for a good and deep sleep.
First, remove the phone and other screens an hour before bedtime. The blue light they emit can disrupt your sleep. Instead of using a phone, it’s better to read a book, listen to relaxing music or take a warm bath to relax your body and soul.
Secondly, stick to the schedule. Go to bed and wake up at about the same time every day, even on weekends. It will also help you stop oversleeping.
Third, create ideal sleeping conditions. Make sure your room is dark, quiet and cool. Try using blackout curtains.
Also, talk to your parents. If you have sleep deprivation, they will help you to figure out what is best for you.
Remember: getting enough sleep is important for your health, nutrition, and energy level. So, make sleep a priority!
